Frank has dedicated himself to documenting the events of the Annual 9|11 Anniversary.  In the evenings, I have joined with Frank as a site scout and photo assistant as he photographs the Tribute in Lights.

The images were collated into an email blast.  The New York Chapter of the AIA has taken over this function as they have been including the images in their newsletter, eOculus, every year.
